Article 29.5 was adopted by Council at its Seventh Plenary Meeting on 21 November 2008. At its 2015 session, Council instructed the Secretary-General to facilitate this access.<br><br>Members States or their designated representatives\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itu.int\/en\/council\/Pages\/form-internal-audit.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">can now request access online\u200b\u200b\u200b<\/a><\/strong>.
